wow it's been nearly a week, jeez...

last time I posted, Tuesday evening I had eaten too many potato chips and drank a lot of beer, and almost threw up the next morning...

let's proceed backwards...

Sunday:

dinner: fougasse tomates et olives, baguette tradition
lunch: pizza vith various vegetables, red wine, genmaicha 玄米茶
free snacks after race: water, orange juice, quatre-quarts, some kind of Monoprix pastry with jam in it
breakfast: ricoré, madeleines from a metro vending machine

Saturday:

dinner: vegetable couscous
lunch: my Mom's pea soup, charcuterie and bread
breakfast: not much

Friday:

dinner: can't remember... leftover sausage, ...
lunch: noodles and vegetables
breakfast: coffee, fruit juice, pâté sandwich, pain au chocolat from blood bank

Thursday:

dinner: vegetable couscous?
lunch: sweet potato thing, risotto
breakfast: can't remember

Wednesday:

dinner: French fries, ketchup, mustard, merguez sandwich, vegetable sandwich (that's all they ahd at the Stade de France)
lunch: sandwich
breakfast: can't remember

hey not bad I can remember almost everything... Ate pretty well and regularly, all in all.
