lunch: hot and sour soup, vegetable noodles and tofu

dinner: cabbage salad and egg, quenelle, beaujolais, Volnay (Bourgogne), marc de Bourgogne (restaurant Aux Lyonnais)

breakfast: chicorée café lait, pb&j, big glass of water with a little grapefruit juice
